The Lexington Pride Festival is a community event with a variety of individuals, community organizations, businesses, news outlets, and other parties present. All of these parties have the ability to take photography and video throughout the festival. By attending our festival, you consent to having your likeness photographed, video recorded, or otherwise documented by others at the festival.
