Thank you for your interest in joining us as a vendor at the Lexington Pride Festival. The 2024 Lexington Pride Festival Vendor Application can be accessed below. Please read the information below carefully and if you have any questions please feel free to email us at vendors@lexpridefest.org.
2024 Vendor Types and Rates
After 05/06/2024, all applicants will be charged a $100 late fee.
KY Artisan - $200
Nonprofit Organizations - $200
Out of State Artisan - $400
Small Independent Businesses - $400
Political - $400
Large Business/Corporation/Franchise - $600
(Due to changes in Kentucky tax laws, vendor fees are now subject to a 6% sales tax that will be added to the invoice)
At this time all Community Solidarity Sponsorship booth spaces have been filled. Booths are still available at the full rates listed above.
Important dates
3/17 - Deadline for 1st round of applications (notification sent by 3/24)
3/31 - Deadline for 2nd round of applications (notification sent by 4/7)
4/15 - Deadline for 3rd round of applications (notification sent by 4/22)
4/30 - Deadline for 4th round of applications (notification sent by 5/7)
05/05 - Deadline for 5th round of applications (notifications sent by 5/12)
05/06 - $100 late fee will apply for applications submitted after this date
05/12 - Deadline for 6th round of applications (notifications sent by 5/19)
05/19 - Deadline for 7th round of applications (notifications sent by 5/26
