Volunteer Orientations

Volunteer orientations for Lexington Pride Festival will be Sunday, June 11th from 4:30-6 PM and Saturday, June 16th from 6-8 PM at the Pride Center, on 389 Waller Avenue, Suite 100.

If you haven't signed up yet, and are interested in helping out the day of, there's plenty of spots still open at http://www.signupgenius.com/go/5080f4aacaa2fa5fe3-lexington.

These orientations are not mandatory, but they are helpful to attend if you've never volunteered at the festival or are volunteering in a new role this year.

If you can't attend either orientations, but you have questions, please email Amy Hatter at volunteers@lexpridefest.org.

On the day of the festival, please check in at the volunteer check-in booth. Above, you can see the festival map from last year. Check-in will most likely be close to where it was last year.

We'll be putting the new map up the night before the festival (possibly earlier), so please check it before you come the day of, so you know where to go. If you're not able to get the map before you come to volunteer, just check in at the PCSO tent (it'll be the huge tent near the entertainment stage, selling official LexPrideFest merch), and they can point out where to go.

Thank you so much for volunteering with LexPrideFest!
