2013 Planning Meeting
When: Thursday August 9, 2012
7:00PM till 9:00PM
Where: Lexington GLSO Pride Center
Don’t forget tomorrow is the 2013 Lexington Pride Festival planning meeting and elections for chair responsibilities, this will mean that you will have to commit to attending the once a month planning meeting. This is your chance to take part in the festival planning; we need people who are willing to take on responsibilities for lots of different tasks that make the festival a huge success each year so if you think that you have what it takes please come join us!
Volunteers – Now is time to sign up for specific jobs and time slots.

We had a great turn out for our Orientation on Saturday and have filled a few spots but need to fill them all!
Below you will see the list of Jobs that we need MANY more volunteers for. We encourage everyone to sign up for a job and time slot with a friend so you can have fun together while still helping the festival out.
We have over 300 people who have shown interest in helping out, please bare with us as we fill time slots and get back with each of you and let you know what job and time slot we have confirmed for you. Please when replying back, give us a first, second and third choice for position and time slot. We will do our best to accommodate your first choice. You may send your choices to volunteers@lexpridefest.org
Also, we ask that you sign in at the Main GLSO / Volunteer tent 10-15 minutes before you are scheduled to volunteer. If you have any problems with your scheduled time slot, we ask that you contact us immediately so we can try to fill in with another volunteer. You are also able to sign up for a couple of shifts if you wish, but don’t sign up too much to where you can’t enjoy your festival also!
